They were quick, fixed the issue on a timely manner, great work, excellent customer service, very respectful and friendly, and simply made my day from incredibly stressful due to my furnace not working, to within minutes of solving the problem. Casey also noticed the humidifier attached to the furnace was not functioning due to bad insulation from a previous company, she came the very next day after getting the needed parts to fix the humidifier.
